Staff Spotlight: Shelly Jaeger
The West Valley School District would like to congratulate Shelly Jaeger on her retirement. Shelly served students, staff, and families for 24 years as the school secretary at Wide Hollow STEAM Elementary. Shelly was recognized at a recent School Board meeting for her service. Her last day on the job was Thursday, September 28, 2023.
In retirement, Shelly will continue to enjoy the outdoors, spend time with her husband, and travel to visit her two daughters who live outside of the Yakima area.
The principal of Wide Hollow STEAM Elementary, Rick Ferguson, said, "I speak for our entire staff when I say Mrs. Jaeger is going to be greatly missed for her organization, leadership, and her willingness to go above and beyond.”
